Job description
·Create and execute the digital marketing and promotion plan for engaging the target users and fundraising campaigns;
·Delivering effective communications activities including social media, eDMs and website with different stakeholders;
·Maintain, edit and generate engaging content, visual graphics, images and videos on all online platforms for organization’s activities and public education, including: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Website, Threads and others;
·Develop, design and produce marketing flyers, publications, souvenirs, annual report etc. Design Chairty Sales items, event souvenirs and certificates. Work with vendors for the production of publications.
·Build and maintain media relations with other medias, KOLs, artists and celebrities;
·Consolidate communication and promotional materials such as news clippings and others;
·Assist volunteer recruitment and engagement activities to support photos and video taking
·Basic office and event’s visual, IT and audio support;
Requirements
·Diploma holder in communications, public relation, marketing or other relevant subjects;
·Basic knowledge of Photography, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro is a plus
·Basic knowledge in website management, editorial skills, digital marketing;
·Good in MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
·Good communication and writing skills (English and Chinese);
·Detail oriented, well-organized, analytical mind and able to work with deadlines;
·Outgoing personality and passionate in the charity sector;
·Work flexibly including weekends and public holidays;
·Immediately available or short-noticing period is preferred.
