We are looking for a permanent employee to join our Finance Team and support the business operation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire set of import/ export shipping documentation;
• Negotiate LC clauses for Letters of Credit (L/C) with banking institutions;
• Oversee all documents associated with L/C transactions;
• Closely track transactions and communicate with internal teams (including sales and operations) and external parties (including suppliers, customers, and bankers) to ensure smooth and timely execution;
• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports;
• Responsible for preparing related vouchers;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Good documentation and organization skills; and
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Requirements

• Recognized bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, BBA or Commercial related fields;
• Demonstrated experience in managing comprehensive import/export shipping documentation;
• Knowledge of International trade terms is preferred;
• Knowledge of Letters of Credit (L/C) and banking documentation processes;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills for effective interaction with banks and vendors.
