We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Finance Professional with 2 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in facilitating our international trade transactions by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of trade finance instruments and documents.

Responsibilities:

• Documentary Credit (L/C, SBLC) Processing: Handle the end-to-end process of import and export Letters of Credit, including issuance, amendment and document presentation.

• Documentation Scrutiny: Carefully examine all trade documents (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, certificate of quantity and certificate of quality…) for compliance with L/C terms and international standards.

• Payment: Handle inbound and outbound payments, processing transactions, and performing checks

• Compliance & AML Checks: Perform necessary compliance checks as part of the transaction process.

• Coordination: Liaise with banks, clients, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., contract, operation) to ensure timely and accurate transaction execution.

• Filling, Record Keeping & Reporting: Filling, Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all trade finance transactions and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in trade finance operations within a corporate or a bank.

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Solid understanding of international trade rules and practices (e.g., Incoterms, UCP600).

  • Practical experience in document credit is essential.

  • Familiarity with common trade documentation

• Personal Skills:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
