Passenger Sales Agent


Qualifications & experience


  • The permanent Hong Kong resident status.

  • HKDSE with five subjects including Chinese, English and related majors in level 2(or above) or HKCEE with passes including Chinese and English(syllabus B) in level 2(Grade E, or above)

  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

  • Basic computer operation (include MS Office) and reports analysis.

  • Good in Adobe Photoshop or creative minded, knowledge in Digital Marketing(SEO, re-targeting, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing) or good in Illustrator & Premiere, Website Maintenance, Project Execution experience will be an advantage.

  • Graduated from Tourism, experience in airlines or travel industry, airline business or marketing, experience with GDS systems (Amadeus) will be an advantage, or familiar with digital marketing and social media management is preferred.





Tasks & responsibilities


  • Handle ticketing and reservation queries from passengers and travel agency or

  • Liaison with Travel Agents & Commercial Accounts or

  • Sales & Marketing Support
