Marketing Executive / Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:-

• To assist in the overall project planning and execution of local and overseas events.
• To provide logistics support for projects, including assisting in liaison with external vendors, partners, as well as internal depts.
• To handle enquiries from event participations, partners, sponsors and undertake on-site duties.
• To maintain good relations with working partners and industry associations.
• To handle participant recruitment and promotions for projects.
• To undertake administrative duties as and when necessary.
• To assist in conducting research and preparing presentation materials.
• To operate the social media accounts managed by the departments, ensure quality content and promote the company’s brand.

Requirements:-

• A university degree in marketing, journalism communications or related disciplines.
• Previous working experiences in advertising or event management agencies or organization of similar nature a plus.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese and fluent in Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications include PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
• A good team player, proactive and with pleasant personality.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work overtime and travel overseas occasionally.
