In order to manage the development and its integrated revenue growth across China Daily media products, we are now looking for qualified candidates in Hong Kong to fill the following position:

Sub Editor (New Media)

Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain and daily update the company’s 7 official social media account pages.
  • Increasing the official pages’ follower numbers and influence.
  • Plan and produce original video works.
  • Study and analyze the new media development rules and trends.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor Degree or above in communications, journalism or related disciplines from a reputable university
  • 1-2 years’ experience in video editing, project planning is preferably. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • A good team player, proactive and with pleasant personality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Creative, target-oriented and detail-minded
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong planning and organizing capabilities and good time management
