Job purpose:

• As a key member in the corporate communications team, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated and analytical individual with positive attitude to promote effective communication between the company and investors, media and ESG communities;
• This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior investor relations (IR) or public relations (PR) experience and passion in developing their knowledge in environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues to join an award winning industry leading player.

Responsibilities:

• Support production of capital market collaterals, including annual/interim results presentation, press releases, etc.; conduct bilingual translation/proof-reading, work with internal and external parties on photo selection, caption editing and layout design;
• Monitor and collect industry, financial markets news and internal data;
• Assist in collecting, calculating and managing ESG data for production of a bi-lingual ESG report, from cross-departmental liaison to content editing and publishing;
• Support application of corporate awards and ESG rating submissions, including but not limited to Hang Seng sustainability index, CDP, CSA, Dow Jones Sustainability Index and GRESB to promote the Company’s reputation and ESG initiatives;
• Assist in coordinating and organizing various IR and PR activities, including Board meetings, general meetings, results announcements, industry seminars, investor conferences and volunteer activities;
• Assist in updating corporate website, drafting posts on LinkedIn and other social media for above mentioned corporate activities;
• Other administrative or ad-hoc tasks as required, including but not limited to departmental scheduling, vendor management, internal approval system processing, billing, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Translations, Environmental Science or related discipline;
• 2-3 years’ work relevant experience gained in IR teams, PR agencies or property company preferred;
• Relevant coursework in IR, communications, sustainability and/or administration preferred;
• Strong communicator with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua) is a MUST;
• Proficiency in PPT, MS office, Chinese word processing, graphic design applications (e.g. Canva), social media;
• Initiative, analytical, sociable, presentable with good communication skills (being a good coordinator and organizer);
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail;
• Dedicated, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deadline;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
