Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and implementation of marketing plans for property projects
• Assist in sales and marketing materials design and production e.g. Leaflet, Booklet, Sales Brochure, Promotion Video, Banner etc.
• Conduct property market research and monitor competitive marketing activities
• Prepare budget and forecast for marketing campaign
• Liaise, develop and maintain relationships with business associate such as advertising agencies and production house to strive for the successful sales launch
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communication, Language, Marketing, Business, Real Estate or equivalent discipline
• At least 1 year working experience, preferably in leading property developers in Hong Kong
• Able to use Chinese and English language fluently and accurately on pertinent to professional needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere or other multimedia design tools
• Creative, proactive, detail-minded and customer-oriented
