(Assistant) Sales & Marketing Manager – 4S Smart Site Safety Solutions

Job description

  • Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy for Smart Site Safety Systems (4S) focusing primarily on the Hong Kong construction and engineering market.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and identify key customers including construction companies, site safety managers, developers, and government regulators.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers, site safety officers, and technical experts responsible for occupational health and safety.
  • Generate leads and manage sales pipeline with effective communication and timely follow-up to close deals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations showcasing the benefits and compliance advantages of 4S smart site safety systems (including real-time monitoring, access control, hazard alerts).
  • Collaborate with internal teams—engineering, product development, and marketing—to ensure customer requirements are fully met and support provided.
  • Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to meet quotas and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory changes, safety standards, and technological developments in Hong Kong’s construction safety sector.
  • Travel locally within Hong Kong for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Occupational Safety, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ proven sales and business development experience in smart site safety, construction technology, or related fields within Hong Kong.
  • Strong understanding of 4S Smart Site Safety Systems, IoT safety monitoring, and Hong Kong construction safety regulations and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels including site management and regulatory bodies.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and target orientation.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and collaborative professional.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin is highly preferred.
