Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance of data center.

• Handle ad hoc duties and repairing.

• Register entry and exit procedures for clients/contractors.

• IDC expansion projects and customer engineering projects with the construction, testing and acceptance.

• Monitor the quality of the contractor‘s maintenance service up to the standard.

• Assist engineers in emergency repairs, etc. and part of Remote Hand work.

• Responsible for the daily inspection of the data center, facility room, data room and other places. BMS system and other alarm system monitoring, alarm processing, preliminary troubleshooting, etc.

• Responsible for the implementation of small projects with low technical difficulty and low risk in the data center, such as power-on of customer cabinets.

• Responsible for supervising and cooperating with the maintenance contractor to carry out regular maintenance for E&M facilities of data center.

• Responsible for assisting in the implementation of data center rehearsal testing, such as annual generator inspection and high-voltage WR2 maintenance, etc.

• 機房動力設施維保服務。

• 協助IDC日常巡檢及故障處理。

• 客戶/承辦商登記進場及離場流程。

• 建設擴容專案及客戶工程項目隨工，檢測，驗收。

• 監控承辦商維保服務品質達標。

• 協助工程師緊急維修等及部份Remote Hand工作。

• 負責資料中心的日常巡檢、設施房及資料房等地方。BMS系統及其他報警系統監控、告警處理、初步排故等工作。

• 負責實施資料中心技術難度及風險較低的小型工程，例如客戶機櫃上電等。

• 負責監督配合維保商進行資料中心日常動力設施定期維保及單次維修工作。

• 負責協助實施資料中心演練測試工作，例如WR2高壓裝置年度檢查等。

Qualifications Required:

• Higher Diploma or above in IDC, IT, Building Services Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Communication or related majors.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially in Excel and Powerpoint.

• 高級文憑或以上，IDC、建築工程、機電工程、通信相關專業。

• 擁有良好的中英文書面和口語能力，包括粵語和普通話。

• 熟練使用MS Office，特別Excel和Powerpoint。
