Job description:

1. Project Progress Tracking: Assist in tracking the company’s network planning and the end-to-end progress of various science and technology innovation projects; regularly update project progress logs; and identify project milestones, pending tasks, and risk points;

2. Document Management: Responsible for drafting, proofreading, and compiling meeting minutes for various projects; systematically organizing project contracts, application materials, approval documents, and other archival materials; and completing classification, filing, and digital storage;

3. Data Statistics and Analysis: Collaborate on phased and post-completion evaluations of science and technology innovation projects; collect project business, operational, and input-output data; and perform basic data cleaning, statistical analysis, and visualization in tables;

4. Meeting and Materials Support: Assist in organizing R&D and science and technology innovation-themed meetings; coordinate venue arrangements, send out meeting notifications, and prepare meeting materials; compile project presentation slides, work summaries, application materials, and other documentation;

5. Departmental Administrative Support: Undertake administrative support tasks for the department; compile and organize annual and quarterly materials on science and technology innovation achievements, patents, innovation case studies, and pilot projects; curate a repository of innovation highlights; and ensure the orderly implementation and advancement of all R&D and network planning projects.

Qualifications:

1. Possess strong written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English, and be able to thrive in a bilingual environment;

2. Currently undergraduate program or higher; preference given to students majoring in computer science, telecommunications, technology innovation, or business and management;

3. Have a basic understanding of project management, a strong interest in technological innovation within the telecommunications industry, and the ability to commit to a stable internship;

4. Strong skills in official document writing and PowerPoint presentation creation, with a knack for systematically organizing content. Meticulous and rigorous in work, with a keen eye for numbers and document details, and a strong commitment to error-free record-keeping and data organization;

5. Preference given to candidates who have independently participated in projects related to knowledge base development, content operations, tool promotion, and the implementation of digital projects;

6. Proficient in various AI-powered office and knowledge management tools, with some ability to optimize prompts and refine content;

7. Preference given to candidates with internship experience in digital transformation or AI-related roles at state-owned enterprises, in the telecommunications industry, or at internet companies;

8. Aligned with the company’s philosophy on digital transformation and technological innovation; honest, self-disciplined, and possessing a sense of the bigger picture; adept at self-directed learning; willing to collaborate with the team to complete various support tasks; and proactive in identifying work-related issues and proposing optimization suggestions.
