How you will make an impact:
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and compliant operations of Chinachem Group’s corporate governance. This includes supporting the Head of Department in managing the company secretarial functions, coordinating with various stakeholders and contributing to our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities and a commitment in maintaining high standards of performance.
Handle independently full spectrum of company secretarial matters for private entities in different jurisdictions
Responsible for non-statutory matters such as due diligence process requested by the bank, the Registered Agent and the Service Provider
Maintain the accuracy of company secretarial records including minute book, register, CSA database, corporate chart, etc
Ensure compliance of all statutory matters pertaining to all Hong Kong and offshore companies
Coordinating and liaising with External / Third Party Company Secretaries and the joint-venture partners as required
Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment
Review job tasks of junior team members
Coordinate with different departments for various corporate projects
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments
What we are looking for:
Degree holder in Corporate Governance, Management or related disciplines
an Associate Membership with HKCGI/CGI
Minimum 8 years’ or above solid working experience in handling full range of company secretarial duties, preferably gained from sizable organization, with at least 2 years’ experience supervising junior teammates
Knowledge in CSA
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, self-motivated, strong communication skills and able to multi-task under tight schedule
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
