How you will make an impact:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Accountant to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations while partnering with stakeholders across the business. You will have the opportunity to lead critical finance processes, drive operational improvements, and contribute to transformation initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact.
Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient operations, accurate transaction processing, and compliance with company policies, while supporting finance initiatives and cross-functional projects aligned with business priorities.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement, delivering best-practice finance solutions and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.
Strengthen internal controls and governance by identifying process and control gaps, implementing remediation plans, and fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Partner closely with business leaders and key finance stakeholders to resolve accounting and operational issues, providing sound financial guidance to support strategic business objectives.
Engage various agile system enhancement in P2P / Others
Manage, prioritize, and oversee Accounts Payable deliverables, ensuring high standards of accuracy, timeliness, accountability, and service quality while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Experience and Skills:
Minimum 8 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity
Proactive, independent, open-minded with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
Experience in using the Yardi and SAP (S/4 HANA) system is preferred
Immediate availability is highly preferred
