How you will make an impact:
As an Accountant, he/she plays a crucial role in Finance Operations – Lease-related transactions, maintaining control & compliance with relevant accounting standards, and providing lease deal review, activation and reporting.
Responsible for the overall accounts receivable (Leasing) function and customer master management
Prepare reconciliations to financial/billing cycle accuracy and compliance
Engage month-end closing activities and receivable reporting
Integrate with business partnership management to drive Group Accounting Policies and Best Practices
Assist in the internal and external audit with other Finance Sections
Streamline the accounts receivable function in operational excellence
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:
Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in a similar capacity
Proactive, independent, open-minded with meticulousness and accuracy, initiative & strong sense of responsibility
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
A good team player with interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
Experience in using the Yardi and SAP (S/4 HANA) system is preferred
Immediate availability is highly preferred
