How you will make an impact:
The job holder is responsible for handling all leasing matters for retail portfolio.
- Handling daily leasing activities and negotiations (including inspection / handover etc.) including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research and tenancy administrative work
- Carrying out daily works including cold calling, market research, rental proposal, etc.
- Prepare regular reports, coordinating premises takeover & handover, fitting-out, renovation management
- Handling leasing enquiries and offer documents / letters / leasing proposal preparation
- Rental forecast preparation as well as leasing report preparation
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
What we are looking for:
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in property leasing
- Familiar with leasing management software or system is an advantage
- Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive and customer oriented
- Good PC skills e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
