How you will make an impact:
Gaining hands-on experience in a real-world sales environment, develop essential sales skills, and build a professional network.
Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on competitors, market trends, and opportunities, accompanied by recommendations to enhance sales strategies.
Project Outcomes: Present results and outcomes of sales projects or campaigns, including lessons learned and best practices.
On-the-Job Training: Record training sessions along with a personal development plan outlining skills acquired and areas for growth.
What we are looking for:
Undergraduate students from any disciplines.
Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and possessing a strong sense of responsibility.
Positive mindset and eager to learn.
Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua, and English.
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
