Responsibilities

• Work with HR Manager to designing and implementing HR initiatives in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, policy and procedures development
• Responsible for analyzing, compiling and preparing management reports
• Work with HR manager to create employee career development program
• Closely interact with management on staff movements and issues and understanding potential turnover and trends
• Undertake ad hoc projects and special assignments as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Conversant with Employment Ordinances, Taxation regulations and other related legislation
• in Hong Kong
• Experience in a range of HR services including payroll, performance management, C&B,
• hiring, training, operation, etc
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, mature, self-motivated, proactive, a fast
• learner and a team player, able to work independently
• Flexible and detail-mined with strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and
• problem solving skills
• Able to handle multi projects and work under pressure
• Immediately available is an advantage
