Purchaser

Responsibilities:

  • Follow-up purchase orders with suppliers/factories to ensure on-time delivery
  • Follow up from quotation, sampling and order processing
  • Update order report and material report periodically
  • Responsible for product development, purchasing and sampling
  • Prepare regular suppliers reports

Job Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with 3 years in Cosmetics, personal care and purchasing working experience
  • Verbal and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication skill and PC knowledge such as Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Efficient, well organized, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediately availability is preferable
  • Able to work overtime when necessary
