Executive - System Design

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in user requirement gathering and defines system solutions based on internal and external users’ needs
  • Prepares deliverables such as functional specifications, system design and test plans
  • Writes clean and well-tested code
  • Conducts code review to ensure coding quality
  • Enforces quality standards and procedures throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Provides technical support to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System or other related disciplines
  • 4 years or above experience in system development, with HR related system experience is a plus
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Associate Executive
  • Knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, Vaadin, Activiti, SQL & NoSQL DB, JUnit, Mockito
  • Experience in Microservice architecture design, Agile software development methodologies, DevOps and continuous testing is an advantage
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is a must
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to handle multi-tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent communication skill, good analytical and problem-solving skills
