Product Designer (Jewellery)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute thematic design directions by translating trends into commercial product concepts aligned with brand strategy 
  • Develop complete sets of product design drawings and sketches, prepare production-ready specifications
  • Research international market trends and competitor offerings to inform design innovation 
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Design, or related field 
  • Min. 2 years experience in jewellery design, (fine/ high-end jewellery is preferred) with a strong portfolio across categories. Working experience in sizable company will be an advantage
  • Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible
  • Expertise in hand sketching and rendering; Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustration/ Photoshop) and CAD software (3Design is preferred)
  • Passionate about jewellery, art and design, with a global vision and a keen aesthetic and creative sense
  • Possess strong teamwork. Creative, meticulous, a good team player and able to meet tight deadline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
