Job Description:

Christensen Advisory, a leading financial communications and investor relations firm, is seeking a motivated Analyst/Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the financial markets and a keen interest in supporting Chinese companies listed on US or HK stock exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide investor relations and financial public relations advisory and support to existing clients in the Greater China region
• Assist clients in positioning their business story in the equity markets; advise clients on communication with investors and respond to investor inquiries
• Research various financial and capital markets issues that are of interest to clients and prospects
• Prepare – draft, translate, edit, and smooth out corporate / investor collateral as well as communications materials in relevant formats for various platforms and media
• Analyze clients’ share price performance and provide potential explanations
• Assist in the maintenance of our proprietary database
• Develop and manage client social media accounts
• Research, manage and oversee content for digital and social media campaigns with market trends and hot topics
• On-going client relationship management

Qualifications:

• 3 years or above working experience in investor relations, financial PR, financial analysis, investment banking, or similar field
• Strong business sense, genuine interest in and knowledge of the capital markets; analytical skills, and financial knowledge
• Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in communications, journalism, economics, finance, accounting, business administration, marketing, public relations or related discipline
• Research, financial communications, media, marketing or investment management experience.
• Top-notch Chinese and English copywriting skills and ability to explain financial information in precise and everyday language
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills, team player
• Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin and English
