Marketing & Liaison Officer

Job Responsibilities：

  • Back end checking our organization website (www.cats.org.hk) including approved of registration of new employers and job vacancies.
  • Search and study new job vacancies in the job market.
  • Answer incoming enquiries from employers/clients.
  • Develop and expand networks with corporations and potential corporations specifically for new ERB courses.
  • Liaise with CA Trade Advisory Committee Members to assist for site visit for internal staff and ERB retrainees.
  • Invite new employers to create online account and upload job vacancies.
  • Assist in arranging in-class recruitment, job fair, workshops and other events.
  • Manage the inventory of sponsorship/ souvenirs
  • Conduct online spy every week.
  • Conduct monthly report of CAERB total job vacancies
  • Any ad hoc duties as required.
  • Working location: Choi Wan
  • Working hour: Mon-Fri 0830-1730

Job Requirement：

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese & English word processing
  • Well-organized and self-motivated
