Job Responsibilities：

• To supervise the course administration team under Training Services and ensure our daily course administrative operations are in compliance with ERB guidelines and requirements
• To collaborate with other Training Services Departments to open classes on schedule
• To assist in handling emergency incidents and complaint cases
• To assist in handling ERB annual audit and surprise audit
• To participate in Student Affairs Committee
• To verify the Manpower Development Scheme (MDS) class files
• To prepare the roster schedule of Choi Wan course administration team
• To oversee the On-line Learning Platform (OLP) and e-attendance administration
• To assist in monitoring the roll-call sample check and public exams of the Department

Job Requirement

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant experience or a recognized diploma plus not less than 6 years of relevant experience
• At least 2 years supervision experience preferable
• Familiar with ERB course administration is an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, mature, well-organized and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
• Working location: Choi Wan
• Working Hour: 5 days work from Mon to Sat, with 42 hours excluding lunch hour
