Responsibilities:

• Develop and organize fundraising programmes;
• Liaise with corporations for sponsorship and support;
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing or potential stakeholders, including donors, sponsors and volunteers;
• Manage the database of donors, sponsors, and corporate volunteers, and handle inquiries;
• Monitor donation channels, especially direct dialogue and donation boxes categories;
• Manage events, promotional write-up, donor acquisition, and related tasks;
• Assist the supervisor in monitoring the daily operations of the team;
• Any ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor degree or above in Marketing or business related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of marketing, event management or fundraising;
• NGO experience of handling donor/sponsor relationship and soliciting new donors/sponsors is a plus;
• With proven track records in organizing fundraising programmes and activities;
• Results-driven, able to work efficiently, and a good team player with strong communication skills to collaborate with people at any levels;
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, and Mandarin;
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Manager.
