Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
• Provide onsite technical support among sites
• Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
• Ensure workstations and computer components are maintained to best practices and provide recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of day-to-day IT equipment lending operation (laptops and other peripheral)
• Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
• IT equipment and peripherals procurement
• Train and support end-users with computers, printers, mobile devices, and various others
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance of computer classrooms and classroom equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition
• Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
• Any ad hoc duties as required.
• Working location : Choi Wan

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, network, protocol, and operating systems
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate with relevant academic background are also welcome
