Christian Alliance International School (CAIS) invites outstanding and passionate Christian educators to join our team in raising the next generation of students to influence society for the good of people and to the glory of God.

The successful applicant will have curriculum expertise and strong pedagogical practice to achieve outstanding learning outcomes for our students within an authentic Christian environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide curriculum-based drama instruction for high school classes

• Organise theatre trips and workshops to enhance students' exposure to drama

• Collaborate with other teachers to organize drama events and performances

• Prepare students for public performances, musicals, and productions as specified by the School

• Teaching responsibilities may include another general middle-years course (i.e. Leadership)

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Senior Leaders

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Education, or Bachelor Degree in relevant major subject(s), preferably in Drama / Performing Arts, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent teaching credential with at least 10 weeks’ practicum required

• Prior experience in teaching middle years or high school Drama preferred

• Teaching qualification recognized by the Hong Kong Education Bureau

• Current eligibility for employment in Hong Kong

• Candidate embracing the values of Christian education preferred

Effective Date of Employment

The duration for this appointment is from late October 2026 to early February 2027.
