Major duties and responsibilities:

• Assist GM/DGM in overall monitoring and project management of the construction projects from inception to completion, implementation to completion;

• Handle overall project management including but not limited to project budget, cost control, programme, design quality, design co-ordination, construction supervision and contract administration

• Liaise and collaborate with consultants and relevant government departments for the execution of project within budget, project time frame and meet with quality requirements

• Provide technical support to the project team

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or related discipline

• Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is an advantage

• Minimum 10 years' post-qualification experience in project management in construction industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as assistant manager

• Experience with property developer and/or consulting firm is n advantage

• Proven experience in sizable high-end residential /commercial projects is highly preferred

• Recognised professional qualification of HKIA or equivalent

• Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English

• Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects

• A good team player, able to work independently and under pressure

• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
