Assistant Control Room Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in control room operation
  • Maintain and update attendance system
  • Provide clerical support to department e.g data entry and filing
  • Telephone support to onsite staff
  • Support ad hoc projects and tasks when required

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1 year solid working experience in relevant experience
  • Meticulous, detailed-oriented, independent with high initiatives
  • Good telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Hardworking & Willing to learn
  • Immediately available is preferred
