HR Assistant

Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for data entry
  • Support and maintain HR filling system
  • Prepare daily and monthly HR report
  • Provide general administrative supports
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Cert. or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Good manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS applications i.e. Words, Excel, Chinese Word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
