Security Operations Manager – Data Center (Tseung Kwan O)

Position: Security Operations Manager – Data Center

Working location: Tseung Kwan O

Working hour: starting from January 2026. 5 days-work, Monday to Friday:0900-1800 (excl. Public Holidays)

Monthly Salary: $40,000

Benefit: Public Holiday, medical scheme, 8 days annul leave

Responsibilities

  • Overall accountability for the security services
  • Administrative management of all security staff related to the contract
  • Ensure the site is fully manned at all times and supervise the administration of staff roster
  • Liaise with data center’s management team on any reported issues, conducting monthly management review meetings
  • Assist to conduct, review and update any security related document, includes but not limited to MOP/SOP/EOP/AOP and Scenario Drill documents as per GS standard.
  • Conduct H&S inspects and risk registrations
  • Perform other instructions assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above. Qualification in Security and Safety Management desirable is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years Security Manager experience. Data Center related experience is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability. Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Demonstrated experience in client reporting and emergency response planning; preparation of reports required
  • Strong PC literacy and can manage daily activities using various systems including MS Office
  • Holder of SPP & QAS .Qualified in first-aid and equipment
