The role:

• Assists in the full recruitment cycle for frontline and back-office positions, including but not limited to job posting, applications screening, arranging and conducting interviews, facilitating the offer process and onboarding preparation, etc.

• Sources candidates in multiple channels

• Attends and participates in job fairs in different locations (indoor and outdoor) as assigned

• Acts as the contact point and build positive candidates relationship throughout the recruitment process

• Implements onboarding and new hire processes

• Maintain the accuracy of internal databases, documentation & HRIS

• Update and keep track of recruitment status and candidate data 

• Prepare recruitment reports to management team

• Handle ad hoc HR projects as required

Skills and attributes:

• Degree holder in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. MS Excel)

• Well verse of Employment Ordinance and related regulations

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• At least 1 year experience in Human Resources, candidates with less experience will be considered for Talent Acquisition Assistant

• Fresh graduates are welcome
