The role:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

• Provide practical legal advice and solutions on various legal issues

• Manage and support various corporate transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents

• Advise on and manage intellectual property matters, including protection, commercialization, licensing, enforcement, and risk management

• Manage disputes, litigations, regulatory and other contentious matters

• Identify legal risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

• Provide company secretarial support to the Group’s companies

• Maintain effective working relationships with regulators and external legal advisors

• Handle and assist in various ad hoc projects and assignments

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Laws or an equivalent qualification

• Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience

• Familiar with the Listing Rules is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong corporate, commercial and intellectual property laws

• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, proficient in spoken Mandarin
