The role:

• Assist in executing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance work, as well as minor additions and alteration projects in building facilities. Prepare necessary drawings, documents, and statutory submissions

• Responsible for formulating maintenance plans, conducting fault investigations, performing feasibility studies, preparing specifications and reports, monitoring site work progress, etc.

• Ensure all building facilities comply with relevant regulations and ordinances

• Collaborate with the procurement team to issue tenders in accordance with procurement policies.

• Plan, implement, and review energy conservation measures for the building

• Manage project progress and execution to ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality

• Collaborate with all parties involved in on-site work to achieve project goals

• Prepare and submit necessary documentation, required safety reports for on-site activities

• Respond to emergency call-out services when necessary

Skills and attributes:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in project management, construction site / building maintenance, and fitting-out work control for the property at a supervisory level

• Holder of a Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A)

• Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of AutoCAD and PC/MS operation

• Hands-on experience in managing building improvements, site coordination, and emergency repair work

• Strong experience in project management and site work related to depots, properties, and public projects

• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organised, and capable of working under pressure

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
