The role:

• Generate long-term growth and create value through formulating and executing the vision and strategy

• Develop, execute and facilitate business level strategies and drive multi-functional initiatives

• Conduct market and industry research, with the aim to improve operational efficiency

• Work closely with finance and accounting department to provide periodic updates on business performance and strategy

• Collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues, including Directors

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentations as assigned

Skills and attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

• Familiar with financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis is preferred

• Strong problem solving, analytical skills, strategic and creative thinking

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially strong writing skills

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst
