Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily operation of Customer Service Centre;

• Handle general enquiries and manage complaints;

• Interact with customers via calls, emails, chats and multi digital channels;

• Support may be required at various locations as part of the job responsibilities;

• Ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above with one-year customer services experience will be an advantage;

• Good telephone manner, customer-oriented and pleasant personality;

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);

• Candidates with more related experience will be considered for the post of Senior Customer Service Officer.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (Shift duties, Monday to Sunday / Public Holiday)
