行政文員 / 行政助理 ($12-15K)

職責：

  • 一般文書、文件歸檔及行政工作
  • 負責指定辦公設備事宜及失物招領
  • 提供後勤支持，協助辦公室維護及清潔工作
  • 與承包商協調維護及清潔計劃，並跟進相關事宜
  • 監督承包商的清潔及維護工作
  • 協助詢價並準備採購申請
  • 協助發票核對及付款處理
  • 為不同辦公室的團隊成員提供支持
  • 完成主管安排的其他工作

要求：

  • 中五/中六畢業，香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試五科及格，包括英文及中文
  • 歡迎應屆畢業生
  • 粵語流利，英語及國語良好
  • 熟練使用微軟Word、Excel、PowerPoint及中文文字
  • 良好溝通及人際交往能力
