Active Directory Administrator (Multiple vacancies)

Job Description:

  • To provide technical support for the projects of e-Services System core software upgrade and the Upgrade of IT infrastructure and strengthening of IT security infrastructure
  • To assist in project management activities, including project scheduling, progress monitoring, and review of project progress and deliverables
  • To manage the implementation process and user acceptance tests, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful IT projects delivery
  • To provide system support and maintenance service by liaising with users and vendors to troubleshoot issues, conducting testing, and arranging annual Disaster Recovery drills for e-Services System
  • To provide professional IT consultancy and second-line helpdesk support to management and end-users
  • To participate in the configuration, testing, and deploying updates of office automation applications and network devices, and support the ongoing implementation and enforcement of IT security policies, technical safeguards, and compliance requirements; and
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirement Details

  • Degree or equivalent in Information Systems or equivalent
  • At least 4-6 years of post-qualification IT experience
  • Knowledge and experience in Windows Server, Windows Active Directory domain
  • Knowledge and experience in configuring or implementing network security policy and rules, and supporting the connection service to the Government Backbone Network (GNET) will be preferrable
  • Good communication skills
