Analyst Programmer (business analysis, Over $40K)

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business users to conduct system analysis and design for any changes required to existing backend systems.
  • Develop enhancement items and perform regression testing, load testing, and/or stress testing as necessary.
  • Prepare and conduct system testing as well as user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements and fixes.
  • Deliver application support services, including liaising with users and vendors, system diagnostics, monitoring, repairing and recovering application systems, generating management and operational reports, as well as providing training and helpdesk support to users.
  • Carry out system maintenance and support for production services.
  • Maintain and update system documents, operational procedures, system configuration documents, drill plans, contingency plans, technical reports, user manuals, and related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT application/system development and integration experience
  • Experience in systems design, business analysis, and programming
  • Experience in the implementation of workflow systems and RESTful API
  • At least 3 years’ experience in:
  1. Document Flow/Workflow Management System\
  2. JAVA Programming
  3. .Net Development
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit
  • At least 6 years’ experience in Structured Query Language
