Analyst Programmer / Developer (Java Servlet, over $40K)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist systems analysts to conduct various IT project activities
  • Develop new Continuing Professions Development (CPD) subsystem using modern technologies such as React, Express.js, Java and MariaDB
  • Utilise modern integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Visual Studio Code, and AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, and streamline maintenance tasks
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers
  • Work overtime as required to meet project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in IT related subjects
  • At least 3 years experience in application
  • Proficient in application development and implementation using programming languages and development environments such as Java Servlet, HTML5, ReactJS, Express.js, Node.js, Spring Boot, Java Servlet, Apache, WildFly, MySQL, MariaDB
  • Knowledge of Operations Systems such as Windows and Linux is preferrable but not a must
