Application Manager (CRM/HRMS/ERP, $38K)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and determine the feasibility of proposed solutions
  • Lead and manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of application projects throughout all project phases: development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), production launch, and subsequent maintenance support
  • Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted operation of applications
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and SOP; Facilitate training sessions to educate users on application usage and best practices
  • Ensure all applications complying with relevant security standards and regulations, assist to implement appropriate security measures and regular audits and risk assessment on application
     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience with solid track record of successful delivery of IT application development in IT project & vendor management role
  • Solid experience in conducting of security risk assessment and audit, penetration test, privacy impact assessment and stress test is a must, DAST, SAST can be beneficial
  • Prior working experience in sizable property management / property developer is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead and manage external project implementation vendor and service providers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid understanding of application life cycles
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate closely with different teams and business units to deliver high-quality application solutions
  • Familiarity with major SaaS platforms such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, PMS & FMS
  • Familiarity with smart facilities & building management applications
  • Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
  • Work Location: Lok Ma Chau Office (Shuttle bus service & MTR concession scheme is available)
