Assistant IT Officer (UAT, $20-23K)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in various IT application development projects and ensure quality delivery of various IT systems
  • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside stakeholders
  • Prepare test cases and UAT plans, and perform testing activities
  • Prepare and perform SIT and UAT, and production verification
  • Work closely with the IT Application Team, IT technical teams, users and vendors to conduct disaster recovery drills, and various tests such as system tests, load tests, resilience tests
  • Provide support for project development, project roll-out, as well as system maintenance and enhancement
  • Provide administrative support to the team on meetings, user training, documentation, maintenance, and coordination of various IT systems
  • Review and validate user manual, user training materials and other system documents as required
  • Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above, major in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant UAT working experience 
  • Knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
  • Familiar with function testing and interface testing, proficient in using various testing tools
  • Familiar with PowerBI and MS SQL is a plus
  • Familiar with Windows OS, Java environment is a plus
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
