Job Duties:

• Serve as a bridge between end-users and technical staff and ensure user requirements are properly addressed
• Make recommendation and coordinate with appropriate parties on the integration, interfacing and system rollout
• Monitor the progress of activities and deliverables for the implementation of the system in accordance with the contract requirements
• Participate in test plans reviews, conduct acceptance tests and technical evaluation
• Participate in configuration and programming of various scenarios and creation of new scenarios in Complex Event Processing function of the system
• Perform various administrative tasks and to prepare correspondences for the  project
• Monitor and govern the maintenance contractor in various system maintenance tasks in accordance with the requirements defined in the system maintenance plan;
• Perform tasks related to project management and contract administration

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Experience as a business/system analyst is preferable
• Experience in overseeing and managing contractor/vendor relationships in IT infrastructure projects is preferable
• At least 6 years post-qualification information technology experience 
• Experience in Linux System Administration and .Net Development 
• At least 1 year working experience in system analysis or data analysis is preferable
• At least 1 year working experience in mission critical system is preferable
• Good written English & Chinese and fluent spoken English & Chinese
