Backend Developer (Java / .NET)

Job Duties​:

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs to support various applications. 
  • Analyze system requirements and design scalable and efficient solutions
  • Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and performance
  • Integrate Gen AI services into backend systems
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security
  • Work closely with frontend developers, BA, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products
  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for backend systems and processes. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines 
  • 5 years of experience in backend development and system analysis. 
  • Proficiency in server-side languages such as .Net / Java / Python / Node.js / Ruby
  • Experience with database technologies such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmo DB
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, On-prem)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
