Business Analyst /Assistant Project Manager (5 days work, SDLC)

Responsibilities

  • Project Scheduling and Trustee Onboarding Support:
  1. Collaborate closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure alignment of prioritization, resource allocation, and schedules.
  2. Lead the execution of trustee onboarding activities during the data migration phase, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  1. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders, proactively addressing any onboarding challenges that may arise.
  2. Assist in preparing onboarding materials and documentation to streamline the process for upcoming schemes.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  1. Maintain comprehensive project records and assist in providing regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and potential risks.
  • Roster:
  1. Support the roster and work in shift during critical testing period and system go live period

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
  • At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
  • Experience in Project Management 
  • Knowledge in Agile Project Management Model and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) would be advantage
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English and also preferably in Mandarin.
