Business Analyst (Sha Tin, 5 days' work)

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with nominated business coordinators to identify and document technology systems, ownership, and third‑party suppliers.
  • Gather and document business requirements and high‑level system information.
  • Collect, compile, validate, and reconcile information from multiple sources.
  • Maintain structured records and inventories to support reporting and governance activities.
  • Support preparation of summary materials for management and stakeholder review.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or above
  • At least 10 years of business analysis experience supporting technology or transformation initiatives in large enterprise environments; experience in banking or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working with non‑technical business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of enterprise systems and service models.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
