Business Analyst (Sha Tin, over $50K)

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.
  • Support project planning, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
  • Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • At least 7 years' experience in Business analysis
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools.
