Cloud Engineer (API gateway, Listed company)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to design, implement and manage different types of integration platforms. (e.g. API Platform, Integration Hub, Integration Platform as a Service)
  • Participate in system design, development, testing and implementation with application teams to develop and manage the interface.
  • Work with DevOps team to define the standard and responsible for managing the deployment.
  • Support enhancement works and performance tuning for Integration Platforms.
  • Handle Cloud Platform infrastructure and related services. E.g. Data Analytic Platform.
  • Participate in various projects, provide systems support and maintenance, as well as liaise with users and work with contractors and vendors on POC or other works

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Computing / Information Systems or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years IT experience with 2+ years in Integration Platform or API development and management
  • Possession of Integration Platform, API and Cloud related professional certifications is an advantage
  • Solid technical skills and hands-on experience on Integration Platform, API technology, and Cloud Architecture.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
