Customer Service Officer (Overnight Shift, Fo Tan)

Job Duties:

  • Deliver professional customer service by answering enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service industry
  • Good phone manner with a strong customer service mindset
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
