Database and Systems Administrator/Infrastructure Support Specialist (over $40K)

Job Duties:

  • System & database support: Handle hotline inquiries, troubleshoot issues, recover systems during incidents.
  • Administrative tasks: Prepare statistics, returns, and manage equipment procurement/inventory.
  • Incident management: Record problems and resolutions in ticketing systems.
  • Maintenance & upgrades: Implement and upgrade hardware/software assets.
  • Policy & documentation: Research, develop guidelines, and prepare system documentation.
  • Other duties: Flexibility to take on additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT related subjects
  • The candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience with Commvault Backup, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, MSSQL Database, VMware ESXi, System Support.
  • Experienced in Government Project is an advantage
  • Government standards: Familiarity with Baseline IT Security Policy (S17), IT Security Guidelines (G3), and Security Regulations (SR).
  • Systems analysis & design: Preferably with feasibility/technical studies and team leadership experience.
