Deskside Support Engineer (1st tier, San Po Kong, 5 days work)

Job details:

  • Provide end-user IT support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and office system-related issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.

Job Requirement:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 1 year' experience in technical support (less experience will be also considered)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, networking basics
